Welcome to Resolute Desks, a brand product of Glenn Furniture. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or using our site.
Products and Customization
Resolute Desks specializes in handcrafted furniture inspired by the historic Resolute Desk, along with custom variations designed by Glenn Furniture.
- We offer the ability to customize size, wood type, finishes, and detailing.
- Our design team can provide CAD or 3D renderings for custom orders.
- All products are handmade, and slight variations in wood grain, texture, or finish are natural and expected.
Order Process
- All orders begin with a formal quote prepared by Glenn Furniture.
- If custom designs are required, a $500 design deposit may be requested. This deposit will be applied toward your order. Design services are free with the purchase of a desk.
- Once an order is confirmed, we require a 50% deposit before production begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Container Order Clause
Resolute Desks are produced in our Indonesian workshops as part of Glenn Furniture’s container-based export model.
- Custom desks may be ordered individually only if part of a full container shipment.
- A minimum order size of one (1) 20-foot container applies. Orders may include a mix of desks, cabinets, beds, or other Glenn Furniture products.
- Average production time: 6 weeks for a 20-foot container, 8–10 weeks for a 40-foot container.
Shipping and Delivery
- All shipping, packing, and freight costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Clients must arrange customs clearance and local delivery at the destination port.
- Weekly production photos will be provided as updates during the order process.
- Any design changes made after production begins will incur additional costs.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- If you are dissatisfied, please contact us directly to discuss possible solutions.
- Refunds are not available once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and images are the intellectual property of Glenn Furniture. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Resolute Desks and Glenn Furniture are not liable for damages arising from:
- Delays in shipping or customs.
- Natural variations in wood, color, or finish.
- Misuse or alteration of the furniture after delivery.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where Glenn Furniture operates, and applicable international trade laws.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
