3. Assembly & Joinery
- Traditional joinery methods are used to ensure structural integrity.
- Compartments, drawers, and any hidden storage features are integrated at this stage.
4. Finishing Touches
- Each desk undergoes meticulous sanding and polishing.
- Finishes range from antique tones to modern satin, based on client preference.
5. Brass Plate Installation
- A replica of the original solid brass plate is mounted, connecting your desk to the legacy of the Oval Office.
6. Quality Inspection
- Every desk is inspected for strength, balance, and finish.
- Weekly progress photos are available for clients to track their order during production.
